Francis Murray (1838–1872) was an alderman and mayor of the Brisbane Municipal Council.〔Brisbane City Council Archives〕 ==Personal life== Francis Murray was born in Sydney, 30 April 1838, son of Cornelius Murray and Mary Ann Freeman.〔Queensland Registrar-General of Births, Deaths & Marriages〕 Francis married Eliza Graham on 11 June 1863 in Brisbane.
